Anna Bottino on cross-country moves, sexuality, lifelong learning & why balance isn't as important as we think.

One of my favorite people in the world tells me what she's been up to since the UAlbany days, a story that includes a 1-year stay in Los Angeles, driving across all of Canada, many odd jobs, the pursuit of a phD, coaching field hockey, and researching sports psychology. Plus, Anna Bo and I talk about the concept of work/life balance and why it's overhyped, the role of music in our friendship, and how she came out to her family and field hockey team in college.
